The Chamber Music Journal 1990 to 2022
The Chamber Music Journal was originally published as a hardcopy quarterly periodical between 1990 and 2010. Copies were available by subscription only. From 2011 to 2022 it became an online publication. It was edited by Raymond Silvertrust and was the only periodical devoted exclusively to non-standard, rare or unknown chamber music of merit. (i.e., not Beethoven, Mozart, Brahms etc.) Articles about composers which appeared in The Chamber Music Journal had information that was published nowhere else. For example, detailed articles about the chamber music of George Onslow, Borodin, Respighi, Saint Saens, Richard Strauss, Joseph Rheinberger, Eric Zeisel, Max Bruch, Willem Pijper, Zdenek Fibich, Glazunov, Edmund Rubbra, Luigi Cherubini, Wilhelm Stenhammar and many more.
